We explain repair and replacement options based on the condition of the roof and the proposed construction scope. Cash-pay projects and work associated with insurance claims are both welcome.

CMS offers a lifetime craftsmanship warranty on roofing and structural builds, with one-year coverage for masonry and concrete. The written warranty defines the applicable terms. Manufacturer product coverage is separate.
Our commercial division provides detailed repair proposals and project coordination. Quarterly, semiannual and annual roof maintenance options help owners document roof condition and address issues within the agreed scope.
